We’re building a next-generation platform with strong early validation and a clear roadmap toward rapid growth. The founding team combines deep industry expertise and entrepreneurial experience, and we’re now seeking a hands-on CTO to help turn this vision into a scalable reality.
What you’ll do
* Define the long-term technical strategy and product roadmap in close collaboration with the founding team.
* Build and lead the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, agility, and innovation.
* Oversee end-to-end product development, including architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.
* Evaluate and implement emerging technologies that align with the business goals.
* Contribute to fundraising and investor discussions as a key member of the leadership team.
* Establish robust processes for product delivery, quality assurance, and security.
Who you are
* You’ve got a Master’s in Computer Science or a related field — ideally with a focus on AI, ML, or smart systems.
* You’re experienced or fresh out of school and hungry to build something real, fast, and with impact.
* You’ve turned ideas into prototypes before.
* You love solving big, messy problems and figuring things out independently.
* You want to be in an early-stage team where decisions move fast, your ideas matter, and you can help shape the product and the company.
* You’re ready to grow into a technical leader.
