About the job

Mission

As a Recruiter, you will be solely focused on end-to-end recruitment for our Belgian, French (and/or other) region, ensuring a strong talent pipeline and a positive candidate experience. You will act as a key sparring partner for Hiring Managers, driving the recruitment process forward efficiently and proactively.

Responsibilities

This is what we expect of you:

1. Sourcing & hunting: Proactively identify and source candidates using various channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, etc.) to build a robust pipeline for critical roles.
2. Candidate screening & interviewing: Conduct initial screening calls and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Stakeholder management: Serve as a sparring partner to local Hiring Managers (HMs), advising on recruitment strategy, market insights, and job specifications for positions.
4. Process facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate the entire interview process, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for both candidates and HMs.
5. Follow-up & administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our ATS, ensuring proactive communication with all candidates and stakeholders.
6. Proactivity: Be a driving force in the recruitment cycle, anticipating needs, overcoming bottlenecks, and continuously looking for innovative ways to attract talent.

We would be happy to see

We are looking for candidates who have:

7. Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally in the Fintech, IT, or B2B software sector.
8. Exceptional skills in sourcing and direct hunting of passive candidates.
9. Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
10. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. French is a plus.
11. Strong organizational, follow-up, and project management skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
12. A highly proactive, results-driven, and consultative mindset.
