Your role
* Gather, analyse and document business requirements
* Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
* Collaborate closely with development teams
* Support project tracking and risk management
* Coordinate testing phases and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
* Identify and drive process improvements
* Ensure data quality and usability.
Your profile
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst (senior level)
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
* Experience with process analysis and workflow-driven environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to bridge business and IT
Nice to have:
* Experience with workflow xphnsxz automation or document management systems
* Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau
* Experience in complex or innovation-driven environments.

* Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
* Location: Leuven area – hybrid (3 days onsite required)
