Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting an Experienced Investment Funds Lawyer for our Dedicated Impact Finance Team.
Your role:
Structuring and day‑to‑day management of various social and environmental impact‑oriented investment vehicles.
Assisting clients in their day‑to‑day transactions.
Ensuring the introduction and follow‑up of files with national authorities in order to obtain approvals and favourable opinions allowing the investment funds to be set up.
Listening to clients and providing legal advice on their projects.
Participating in the impact ecosystem locally and abroad by attending conferences, working groups, and volunteer projects.
You will:

Work on multiple projects with various impact stakeholders.
Have the possibility to attend and/or organise internal and external seminars, conferences and working groups around impact finance.
Your profile:
Hold a master’s degree in law, preferably with a specialization in Business Law.
Have at least 2 years of experience within the field of Investment Funds, ideally in a Luxembourg law firm.
Be fluent in English and French (oral, reading, writing).
Be well‑organised and able to work autonomously and in a team.
Be open‑minded and keen to engage in missions with social impacts.
