We're looking for an experienced Project Manager who can align stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and deliver impactful business and technical solutions in a fast-changing environment.
Responsibilities
* Scope management:
o Ensure client needs are fully addressed and delivered within agreed requirements
o Challenge and manage scope changes during project lifecycle
* Cost management:
o Define project budget with all stakeholders
o Secure approvals through governance bodies
o Track variances and challenge overruns to stay within budget
* Time management:
o Build realistic project plans with clear deliverables and resources
o Secure commitments from different departments
o Monitor and challenge delivery to ensure timely results
* Risk management:
o Anticipate and address risks proactively with corrective actions
o Escalate issues early to management and stakeholders for resolution
* Reporting & communication:
o Maintain continuous communication with management and impacted teams
o Ensure stakeholders are always fully informed of project status
* People management:
Lead and coach one or more virtual project teams across departments
Requirements
* Degree & experience:
o 5+ years proven experience as a dedicated Project Manager in complex environments
o Successful delivery of multiple end-to-end business/technical projects involving IT development
* Technical skills:
o Familiar with PMI, Prince2, and Agile methodologies
o Strong command of MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Access
* Attitudes & behaviors:
o Strong leadership and ability to manage virtual teams
o Comfortable with uncertainty and change;

o Skilled in conflict management and ambiguity resolution
o Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
o Solution-oriented mindset with ability to handle a range of project types
