ContextWe are supporting a major public-sector organization undergoing a large-scale organizational transformation to strengthen its Portfolio, Program, Project, and Product Management (PPM) governance.As part of this transformation, a central PMO and decentralized PMO structure are being established to improve strategic and operational oversight, strengthen alignment between business and IT initiatives, optimize prioritization and resource allocation, and standardize project delivery practices across departments.To support this evolution, we are looking for a Medior PMO Officer to join the Central PMO and contribute to the operational implementation of PPM processes, tools, and methodologies.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Methodology DevelopmentSupport the design and continuous improvement of PPM templates and project documentation based on PRINCE2Contribute to the development and enhancement of the PPM methodology frameworkHelp define and optimize PPM governance processesSupport the preparation and organization of training sessions for project managers and stakeholdersPortfolio Management & ReportingCollect, consolidate, and analyze project and portfolio dataContribute to the creation and maintenance of dashboards and management reportsSupport project portfolio prioritization and scoring exercisesPPM Tooling & Digital EnablementParticipate in the implementation and continuous improvement of PPM toolsTranslate business requirements into tool adaptations and digital solutions (e.G. Microsoft 365 ecosystem)Support end-users and gather feedback for improvementsContribute to complementary collaboration solutions such as SharePointFacilitation & CoordinationOrganize and facilitate workshops related to processes, governance, and portfolio managementSupport the preparation of steering committees and project follow-up meetingsAdoption & Change ManagementAssist teams in adopting new PPM practices and methodologiesContribute to communication and user support initiativesProfileEducationMaster's degreeExperienceProven experience in PMO, project management, or portfolio support (medior level)Hands-on experience in reporting, workshop facilitation, and PPM processesExperience working within a recognized PPM expert environment, with access to best practices and methodologiesMandatory experience in the public sector; experience within social security or related sectors is a strong assetExperience in organizations with 1,000+ employeesExperience in selecting and implementing digital PPM solutionsSkillsStrong analytical and structuring capabilitiesExcellent communication and facilitation skillsAbility to collaborate with diverse stakeholdersQuality-driven and results-oriented mindsetKnowledgeProject management methodologies (PRINCE2 is a strong plus)Reporting and collaboration toolsLanguagesFrench: C1 minimumDutch: C1 minimumEnglish: C1 minimum
