Capgemini is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to strengthen our growing HR Transformation team. In this role, you will take the lead in designing and delivering innovative, end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions that help our clients transform their HR landscape. You will collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and multidisciplinary delivery teams to shape modern and scalable HR systems.
Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with proven end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to advise, influence, and present to senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.
Bonus: Experience in leading project teams, pre-sales activities, or solutioning for RFPs.
