Key responsibilities include:
* Managing customer orders, confirming delivery dates, and coordinating with logistics partners,
* Keeping the sales network informed about order status and delivery timelines,
* Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper receipt of materials,
* Following up on relabelling activities handled by logistics providers,
* Participating in system testing and handling customer returns as instructed by the sales team.
The successful candidate must have :
