Formation, certifications et qualifications
• Master's degree in social sciences or humanities (anthropology, economics, etc.).
• Certifications: Change Management, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Advanced Business Process Management.
Professional experience
• Over 10 years of experience in change management, consulting, and coaching, including roles as a Project Management Officer, change manager, facilitator, and trainer.
• Leading and supporting organizational transformation projects, talent development, collective intelligence, and participatory governance.
• Experience working in diverse environments, including the IT and academic sectors.
Technical skills
• Proficiency in change management methodologies (Change Management, Agile, facilitation, coaching).
• Experience in project management, impact analysis, risk management, and team training.
Soft skills
• Active listening, empathy, assertiveness, conflict management, leadership, autonomy, resilience, adaptability, collaboration, and individual/group coaching.
• Facilitation of participatory workshops and training sessions on topics such as collective intelligence, assertive communication, stress management, etc.
