Established Search are supporting the growth of a rapidly growing, globally recognised medical technology company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead commercial activity across Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
You will drive new business growth while supporting adoption and expansion within existing accounts. Working closely with hospitals and clinical stakeholders, you will help integrate innovative cardiovascular diagnostic technologies into patient care pathways across the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect, engage, and close new accounts across Belgium, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
* Manage a full sales cycle and maintain a strong regional pipeline.
* Grow utilisation and adoption within existing hospitals and health systems.
* Build long-term relationships with cardiologists, radiologists, and other clinical leaders.
* Support clinical pathway development, education, and training.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Clinical, Market Access, Implementation, Product).
Skills & Competencies
* Proven healthcare sales success, ideally in Interventional Cardiology
* Experience introducing new medical technologies into national and private healthcare systems.
* Strong clinical communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts.
* Excellent relationship-building with clinical, administrative, and executive stakeholders.
* 7–10+ years' healthcare sales experience, ideally in medical devices or cardiovascular technologies.
* Ability to travel 60-80% of the time to hospitals, clinic centres and customer meetings
