Br /pYou are responsible for managing a BIM project from start to finish and you are capable of: /ppbr / /ppstrongAt the overall management level: /strong /pulliSupporting the BIM Manager in establishing BIM processes and tools. /liliContributing to the development of the BIM Management Plan in collaboration with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the overall project management goals. /liliEnsuring compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP). /liliDefining BIM information workflows and key procedures. /liliIdentifying required BIM resources and providing training as needed. /liliCreating a BIM schedule that aligns with the overall project timeline. /liliActing as the main point of contact for BIM internally, as well as with partners and subcontractors. /liliAssisting in drafting the BIM technical requirements and defining subcontractors’ BIM responsibilities towards the Contractor. /liliOrganizing and chairing BIM coordination meetings. /liliReporting to the project design manager during the detailed design phase, and to the technical manager from construction documentation through to the handover phase. /li /ulpstrongAt the information management level: /strong /pulliImplementing BIM information workflows and key procedures. /liliFacilitating reliable information exchange via a common data environment. /liliMaintaining and updating information within the Information Model. /liliPopulating information exchange formats for the Information Model. /liliConfiguring data for Project Outputs. /liliCollaborating with the ICT department to back up and restore BIM data. /liliProviding remote access and managing access rights to BIM data for designated stakeholders, including subcontractors and clients. /liliSupporting integrated design coordination through model compilation (identifying clashes without resolving them), often with the help of a BIM coordinator. /liliEnsuring the consistency and quality of BIM models by performing QA/QC checks. /liliValidating BIM models’ compliance with BIM standards with the support of BIM Leaders. /li /ulpstrongNote: /strong The BIM coordinator does not hold design responsibilities! /p br /ulliYou hold a Master’s degree in Construction or Architecture. /liliYou have worked as a BIM Coordinator with at least 3 years of experience in BIM.
