Human Resources Assistant | Recruitment & Selection | HR Generalist | Remote


Contract Type: Independent Contractor (PJ)

Location: 100% Remote

English Level: Advanced to Fluent (C1–C2) Required


About the Role

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support recruitment and selection, onboarding, HR administration, and people operations initiatives.

This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and supporting high-volume hiring processes, primarily for digital marketing and sales positions.


Key Responsibilities

* Support end-to-end recruitment and selection processes;
* Publish job openings on hiring platforms and ;
* Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling;
* Assist with onboarding for new employees and contractors;
* Maintain HR spreadsheets, reports, and key performance indicators;
* Support training, development, and employee engagement initiatives;
* Assist with HR administrative tasks and people management processes;
* Organize and maintain internal documentation and records;
* Support internal communications and collaborate with leadership teams.


Requirements

* Advanced to fluent English proficiency (C1–C2);
* Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection, or HR Generalist roles;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Proficiency with Google Workspace (G Suite);
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously;
* Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience recruiting for digital marketing and sales positions;
* Experience managing high-volume recruitment processes;
* Previous experience in an HR consulting environment;
* Experience with remote recruitment and distributed teams.
