Description Welcome to the exciting ‘Immersive Experiences’ (IX) Business Unit. This is the organisation that unleashes the creative power of technology to fuel immersive entertainment experiences. Here’s a flavor of what we do: We are looking for a strong candidate to join us as Manager Commercial Excellence, one of the most critical roles in the sales organization. You will work in close cooperation with the (pre)sales management to deliver insight, efficiency and oversight across the commercial organization, with the ultimate goal in increasing the impact of the sales efforts. Your job responsibilities are global and include:
1. Managing deal evaluation process, reporting & governance
2. Leading pricing process and governance – working together with product management and central finance teams
3. Facilitating global consolidation of forecasting & sales reporting
4. Take the lead in commercial excellence process initiatives – working closely with central commercial operations teams
5. Championing the implementation of sales enablement tools
6. Mastering all commercial data sources for ad hoc analysis & strategic decision making
7. Becoming a trusted, value added partner to the sales team
Your profile
8. You have a Master’s degree or equivalent through experience
9. You have experience in sales enablement, business analysis and/or commercial strategy
10. You are analytical and process-minded
11. You have strong affinity with sales processes, commercial attitude
12. You have excellent communication skills to work with our sales team and are building your network within the organization to succeed.
13. You have strong change management and project management skills
14. Advanced English language skills is a must.
15. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
16. Experience with Salesforce is a plus
