As our Strategic Sales Manager for our Electrification business, you’ll be the partner industrial clients rely on to take their operations into the future. From cutting-edge low- and medium-voltage technologies to smart energy management systems, you’ll connect customers with innovations that matter. Flexible schedule. Big impact. Your move. Your mission You’ll become a trusted partner to major industrial and infrastructure clients across Flanders and the wider Belux region. From your first conversation to the final handshake, you’ll own the full customer journey — backed by a powerhouse team and world-class tech. Your day-to-day includes: Presenting ABB’s electrification solutions and co-developing Statements of Work and growth plans aligned with your clients’ business goals. Translating complex customer needs, risks and business plans into clear guidelines for internal teams. Driving the account strategy: pricing, negotiations, profitability, and long-term planning. Spotting market (pricing) trends and competitor activity — and turning those into a competitive edge. What makes you right for this role? We’re looking for someone with the business confidence to lead and the technical fluency to connect with our clients’ world. Someone who’s energized by solving complex challenges and isn’t afraid to ask, “What’s the key to making this project a success?”. You’re an independent decision maker. When to plan a client meeting or where you’ll be working today? It’s your call. You are also: A sales pro with 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or technical sales — preferably in the electrical or energy sector. Someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial thinking and technical depth. Fluent in Dutch and English — French is a plus. Familiar with low- and medium-voltage systems, or motivated to become an expert in this field. Hungry to close deals. What you get in return?
