ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect in Data Analytics to lead the design and implementation of data-driven solutions for our clients. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring scalable, secure, and robust analytics solutions that deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architecture Design: Develop and define end-to-end architecture for data analytics solutions, aligning with business requirements and technical constraints.
2. Technology Leadership: Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and platforms for data ingestion, storage, processing, and visualization.
3. Collaboration: Partner with our project manager, technology partners, and our team of data engineers to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
4. Data Strategy: Define data modeling, governance, and integration strategies to ensure high-quality and accessible data.
5. Scalability & Performance: Design architectures that are scalable, cost-effective, and optimized for performance.
6. Security & Compliance: Ensure that solutions comply with data security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Data Architect, or similar role in data analytics projects.
2. Deep understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and analytics platforms (e.g. Snowflake, …).
3. Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks).
4. Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques, SQL, and big data technologies (e.g., dbt, Hadoop, Spark).
5. Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
6. Familiarity with machine learning workflows and tools is a plus.
7. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
9. A team player with a coaching attitude and a growth mindset towards oneself and others;
10. Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus and other languages a bonus.
