Secretary / Office & Events CoordinatorFor one of our clients, an international and technically-oriented organization based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Secretary to join a small and dynamic team.This organization represents European companies in the industrial, medical, and food gases sector and operates in a highly international environment, with English as the working language.Your roleAs a Secretary, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting the organization of high-level international meetings and events.Your responsibilities will include:Providing administrative support to the General Secretary and team membersManaging office operations (suppliers, facilities, equipment, maintenance)Coordinating with service providers and ensuring a welcoming office environmentOrganizing logistics for meetings and events (venues, hotels, catering, travel, etc.)Handling general correspondence, inbox management, and invitationsSupporting the coordination of international working groupsAssisting with large-scale events and conferences across Europe (including occasional travel)Your profileFluent in English (written and spoken) – additional languages (French, Dutch, etc.) are a plusPrevious experience in a similar administrative or office support roleStrong organizational and coordination skillsProactive, hands-on, and detail-orientedComfortable working in an international and fast-paced environmentGood command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)What's in it for you?A varied and central role within a small, collaborative teamAn international working environmentThe opportunity to be involved in high-level events and projects across EuropeAn initial 6-month interim contract with the possibility of a permanent contract (CDI)
