We are seeking aManager, Commercial Analytics – Vascular Division, Europe, Middle East, and Africa Regionto join our Commercial Excellence team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making across the region by delivering impactful commercial analytics and performance insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Field Service to identify opportunities, optimize execution, and drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver regular and ad-hoc commercial analytics to regional and country-level leadership.
2. Identify gaps and opportunities in commercial execution through deep-dive analysis and benchmarking.
3. Develop dashboards and reports that translate complex data into actionable insights.
4. Support product launches and strategic marketing initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
5. Identify and evaluate customer segments and targets at hospital and physician levels.
6. Leverage artificial intelligence tools to enhance segmentation and targeting strategies.
7. Analyze the impact of marketing materials on sales performance and recommend improvements.
8. Assess sales team resource allocation and identify inefficiencies in territory design.
9. Collaborate with Information Technology teams to evolve commercial analytics tools and coordinate development efforts.
Your Profile:
10. University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
11. Over 10 years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Finance, Sales Support, or Business Analytics.
12. Strong preference for experience in the medical device industry.
13. Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
14. Strong analytical and financial acumen.
15. Excellent presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
16. Experience working in cross-functional, international teams.
17. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
18. Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across functions and geographies.
19. Ethical, with sound business judgment and critical thinking.
20. Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn.
