What will you do?
You will help shape and deliver the future of large-scale transformation programs by structuring delivery, aligning teams, and enabling agile execution. By creating roadmaps, adequate resource planning, and financial oversight, you'll empower organizations to turn strategy into impact - ensuring initiatives run smoothly, stay on track, and deliver real value.
Your key responsibilities:
* Guide the development and management of comprehensive project plans
* Collaborate with clients to scope, analyse, and define both business and technical requirements
* Contribute to robust program governance and stakeholder management
* Oversee project delivery for IT, encompassing monitoring, reporting, and adapting an agile way of working (e.g., quarterly planning, sprint cadences, scrum-of-scrums)
* Coordinate contributions from various teams in an end-to-end delivery setting
* Handle capacity planning and resource management effectively
* Assist with financial management, including budget oversight and business case development
* Develop high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and results clearly
Your skills & qualifications
* Excellent knowledge of business English, and fluency in Dutch or French
* +4 years of experience in a project-based environment, with a good understanding of both technical & business requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience within the financial services sector
* Familiar with methodologies such as PMP, Prince2, Waterfall or Agile
* Experience in change management or digital transformation
* Leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders
* Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
* Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
