Description
We are looking for a Business Consultant for different Telenet Shared Services teams within the Product Journey Tribe. The teams focus on Shared Services from Telenet to Wyre (network infrastructure company). As a Business Consultant, you will maximize business value by designing insights, concepts, and solutions for existing and future challenges, acting as a trusted advisor and bridge between business and technology teams.
The Business Consultant plays a key role in business transformation projects by providing solutions or designing processes in line with strategic objectives. You will help develop roadmaps, perform conceptual design, and continuously monitor business value to ensure positive impact for Telenet and its customers.
Your tasks as a Business Analyst
* Together with customers and stakeholders, proactively gather questions, issues, and opportunities. Analyze requirements and assess impact on processes, systems, and tools. Deliver input for value propositions, business cases, and decision-making.
* Develop and/or adjust the tribe's or business unit roadmap based on functional expertise and evaluate feasibility with business and technology partners.
* Perform conceptual design of business initiatives and analyze innovative solutions for transformation projects.
* Act as a bridge between business and technology domains, challenge requirements, and monitor business value.
* Determine acceptance criteria, validate end-to-end solutions, and coach implementation and change management activities.
* Lead process design and continuous improvement within the One Telenet Business Process framework.
* Document chosen solution directions, business requirements, and ensure compliance, cost efficiency, and quality.
* Act as a point of contact and domain expert for internal stakeholders and external partners. Organize knowledge administration and maintain consistent documentation.
* Provide consolidated analyses and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making
Our ideal Business Analyst :
* You have a Master or Bachelor degree and 5–7 years of relevant experience.
* You are fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
* You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a continuous improvement mindset.
* You are experienced in process modeling, management, and documentation, with affinity for IT and/or network domains.
* Knowledge of AWS, SQL, data modeling concepts, and UX experience are assets.
* Knowledge of GIS/location intelligence is a plus.
* You understand business analysis best practices and agile methodologies.
* You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building trust and collaboration across teams.
* Affinity with telecom and experience in agile environments are a plus
