To accompany our growth and strengthen our team we are looking for a Senior Social Expert.Reporting to the Social Lead, the Senior Social Expert is responsible for a leading role on their own portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for developing your clients social media strategy alongside planning and executing best-in-class paid social campaigns across all relevant platforms. Needless-to-say managing performance, optimizations and insightful/actionable reporting are second nature to you.You will advise, nurture and work closely together with the business team to ensure that the social media strategy aligns with overall media and marketing goals. You will also support them and the Social Lead in conversation with the clients related to social media activities.Responsibilities include:Lead & develop solid paid social media strategies and recommendations across your own client portfolioCampaign execution, set-up, optimization and reporting of paid social efforts across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.) on a number of clientsDemonstrate a high degree of proficiency with handling performance-based clients and the demands this asks of campaign management and optimizationseCommerce savvy, happy to work with product data feeds and social DCO when requiredAbility to write insightful reports that are clear for both clients and internal teamsAbility to write annual social media strategies and ad hoc campaign recommendations.Technical understanding of social with the ability to trouble shoot issues where requiredComfortable with the Facebook pixel, event tracking and CAPIAble to work and prioritize within timelines, and effectively communicate in both verbal and written formRequirements: Between 3 and 5 years of work experience planning, executing and optimizing paid social marketing campaigns, ideally for larger brand s.Required competency in the following areas:Good understanding of online marketing in generalDemonstrated strong work ethic, time management skills, and ability to multi-taskExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-starter with a proven passion for socialAnalytical mindset.
