to lead, motivate, and empower a talented group of sales representatives in
the Antwerpen and Limburg
regions within the SOHO and Small & Medium Enterprise market.

Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the sales team (5-8 FTEs) to achieve individual and collective goals. Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating best-in-class sales techniques and customer relationship management.
* Set clear goals and objectives for the sales team. Monitor progress towards targets, implementing corrective actions as needed. If required, meet and exceed personal sales quotas by actively managing an own sales pipeline and closing deals.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback. Address underperformance promptly and effectively.
* Onboard, train, and mentor sales team members, accompany customer visits to observe skills, identify gaps, and organize targeted training with the learning & development team.
* Work with senior management to align team efforts with business goals. Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to drive growth and exceed targets.
* Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains strong client relationships. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, concerns, and escalations promptly.
* Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Use CRM and analytics to track performance, forecast sales, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales management, with minimum 2-3 years of people management experience (work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role).
* Solid understanding of customer needs, business acumen.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent time management and delivery skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for motivating and developing others.
* Strong interpersonal skills: leadership, active listening, coaching, empathy, and adaptability.
* You have a certain affinity with the region, live centrally in the region, preferably (province of) Antwerp.
* Fluency in Dutch is required; proficiency in French and English is a plus.
