We are working with a leading international business to appoint an Interim Chief Financial Officer based in the Flemish region of Belgium.
Our client is a global manufacturer, operating across Europe and North America. The business has undergone significant transformation in recent years and continues to focus on operational efficiency, sustainability, and value creation.
This role will suit a commercially astute and hands-on finance leader who can quickly embed into a dynamic environment and provide strong financial stewardship during a critical phase of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic financial leadership to the executive team and wider business
* Oversee all aspects of financial management, including reporting, controls, and compliance
* Support business performance through robust planning, forecasting, and analysis
* Lead and mentor the finance function, ensuring operational excellence
* Act as a key partner to stakeholders, including investors and board members
* Contribute to ongoing transformation, value creation, or change initiatives as required
Candidate Profile:
* Proven track record as a CFO or senior finance leader within complex, international businesses
* Experience operating in both listed and private equity-backed environments is highly desirable
* Strong technical finance expertise combined with commercial acumen
* Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in an interim or fast-paced setting
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with credibility at board level
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to drive impact from day one
