We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Cluster Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Acquire new customers across all market segments
* Conduct research, qualify leads, and identify opportunities using sales analysis tools (e.g. Agency360)
* Manage and develop existing customer relationships through regular contact, visits, and networking
* Conduct annual contract negotiations, business reviews, and RFPs
* Organize and lead site inspections, customer events, presentations etc.
* Work closely with hotel teams, General Managers, Revenue Managers, and the Area Director of Sales to align commercial strategies
* Support the preparation of annual Sales & Marketing Plans and budgets
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer reputation
* Participate in and contribute to sales and strategy meetings etc.Participate in cross-departmental projects and bring forward innovative ideas to support business growth

Your profile
As a Cluster Sales Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for driving sales activities across our hotels in Brussels, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers, strengthening existing relationships, and maximizing revenue. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with multiple international hotel brands and to collaborate closely with our hotel teams, revenue managers, and commercial leaders. You will play a key role in shaping sales & marketing strategies and bring creative, hands‑on initiatives to life.
Who are you?
* You are pro‑active, customer‑focused and commercially driven
* You have experience in a sales capacity, within the hospitality industry
* You are fluent in English and Flemish or French (additional languages are an advantage)
* You have strong organizational skills, a structured and creative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit
* You are confident in making decisions, prioritizing effectively, and keeping a clear focus on results
* You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills with professional appearance
* You are self‑motivated, flexible, and open to occasional travel
* Ideal role for either an established Sales Manager or a Sales Executive looking for the next step in their career; looking for a multi‑brand challenge
