Key Responsibilities
* Configure and maintain SAP IS-U Billing components in line with business and regulatory requirements
* Analyze and resolve billing-related incidents, defects, and data inconsistencies
* Support end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, tariff structures, and validation
* Collaborate with functional analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and changes
* Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT support)
* Contribute to process documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with utilities regulations and internal governance standards
Required Experience
* Medior to Senior level experience in SAP IS-U, with strong focus on Billing
* Proven experience in utilities sector (energy, water, or similar)
* Strong understanding of end-to-end IS-U processes and integration points
* Experience with incident management, change requests, and production support
* Ability to work in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders
