* Oversees E2E IT Projects and change initiatives
* is able to facilitate the delivery of Features
* Coordinates and connects different IT Systems and can identify and manage dependencies within our tribe but also outside our tribe/area
* Has very strong stakeholder management skills
* Feels comfortable in front of business persons and IT persons
* Can make the bridge between Business and Development teams (understanding business, functional and technical requirements is key)
