For our site in Asse, we are looking for a Logistics Administrative Assistant / Goods Entry who will support the transport and goods administration. Do you enjoy working daytime hours and are you looking for stability within a growing international company? Then this role is perfect for you!
Your responsibilities :
- As a Logistics Administrative Assistant / Goods Entry, you are responsible for the correct and efficient administrative follow-up of goods and transport flows.
- You ensure that everything runs smoothly from an administrative point of view.
- Your tasks include: Creating and processing transport orders in AS400 and Reflex.
- Planning and following up pick-ups via supplier portals.
- Providing general administrative support to the transport department.
- Checking, registering, and updating transport data.
- Communicating with internal colleagues, drivers, and external partners.
Profiel
Profile Requirements:
- Preferably bilingual Dutch/French.
- Demonstrable experience in an administrative transport or logistics environment.
- Strong administrative skills, accurate, stress-resistant, and well-organised.
- Comfortable working with computers and possessing a keen eye for detail.
Aanbod
Terms of Employment :
- Day shifts: start between 07:00 and 09:00.
- Working hours per day: 7h36 (Monday–Friday).
- 38 hours per week, with 30 minutes of unpaid break per day.
- Hourly wage according to PC226, classification level 4.
- Meal vouchers: €8/day - €9/day starting 1 February 2026
- Commuting allowance
