For a client in the Kortrijk region, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager. In this role, you are responsible for the full organization and supervision of both preventive and corrective maintenance of the buildings as well as a highly automated and high-tech machinery park. You combine technical expertise with strong leadership skills and actively contribute to building an efficient, reliable, and high-performing production environment. In addition, you play a key role in optimizing maintenance processes and driving continuous improvement.
