We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Pet Health Business in Belgium and the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering business results and providing leadership to a customer-focused team.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive business growth and deliver sustainable results.
* Build and maintain relationships with customers, including veterinarians, vet corporates, online & retail, wholesalers, and key influencers.
* Cultivate opportunities to promote the Elanco brand and business goals, while identifying areas for improvement.
* Drive market intelligence initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
* Maintain accurate records of business performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A degree in life science or business qualification, preferably with an MBA.
* No less than 10 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in pet health, pet food (retail), or pharma.
* A track record of product launches and experience in managing sales personnel.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven ability to coach and develop talent.
* Commercial experience in the Netherlands and Belgium is essential.
