Your Mission?
* Guide clients in the implementation and strategic use of our SaaS tool to optimize stock and collection management.
* Analyze sales, turnover, and margin data to identify improvement opportunities and propose concrete action plans.
* Plan and provide support for campaigns, promotions, new product launches, and inter-store transfers.
* Translate data insights into commercial strategies that maximize sales and profitability.
* Train and coach brand teams so they get the most out of the platform and retail best practices.
* Design and present reports with strategic recommendations for management and commercial teams.
* Work in synergy with other consultants and internal areas to ensure clients achieve visible, fast results.
* Build trust-based, collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and anticipating solutions.

What are we looking for in you?
* Minimum 10 years of experience in the Retail sector in stock management, commercial planning, and/or product areas (fashion, jewelry, footwear, sports, cosmetics, etc.).
* Customer-focused, strategic, and analytical mindset.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
* Important: intermediate/advanced level of English or Spanish.
* Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
