Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role will be part of a team committed to providing excellent support to our customers on a 24/7 basis. We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative who can provide first-line support for international breakdowns, maintain regular contact with dealers and customers, and work in a dedicated team environment.
This is a full-time schedule position that includes rotation of weekends and night shifts every 6-8 weeks, requiring flexibility in working hours. Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) or other necessary languages along with having a driving license B is required.
