CDM Stravitec is a leading international company specialized in the design, manufacture and installation of sound and vibration isolation systems for building structures and industrial applications.
We do this by demanding the highest quality standards from our products and solutions, by taking into account the strict environmental standards in their development (local legislation, energy saving, reduction of waste and environmental impact,...) and the building codes and construction best practises during their application.
This expanding, trendsetting company is looking for a motivated Project Delivery Manager to strengthen their team in Overijse and support and improve the execution of projects.
Once a sale is confirmed, the Project Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for the project from A to Z, ensuring that all activities are carried out in line with customer expectations and within the defined project parameters.
The PDM role focuses specifically on projects involving installations and gym solutions, carried out across Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg.
The position places particular emphasis on accurate and timely on‐site execution, technical and organisational alignment with subcontractors, and the safeguarding of quality, planning and costs.

THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER:
Project data entry in ERP system from sales order over production order to final invoice.
Prepare complete production and installation files, ensuring completeness, technical accuracy, feasibility.
Identify and resolve technical problems, material shortages or surpluses, planning conflicts.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers during project execution, internal teams when site‐related issues arise and subcontractors.
Coordinate and supervise installation activities on site.
Ensure compliance with installation standards, correct application of WPI guidelines, quality requirements at handover.
Contribute actively to improving the installation workflow, increasing autonomy of installation teams and subcontractors.
You have strong, technical insights and outweighs formal degrees, although a bachelor's degree in engineering or technology is considered an asset.
You bring maturity, hands‐on problem‐solving skills and a solid understanding of execution processes.
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
