Description
* Manage the CEO's agenda efficiently and rigorously;
* Manage the CEO's inbox in advance, ensuring autonomous follow-up wherever possible;
* Prepare, organize and draft minutes of Board meetings;
* Coordinate meetings with various internal and external stakeholders, including preparation of agendas, presentations and lunches;
* Provide administrative and logistical support to the management team;
* Organize business travel (national and international) for the management team;
* Manage regular meetings of the Finance, Risk, Legal and Compliance departments;
* Monitor and approve employee absences within the scope of CEO and Deputy CEO responsibilities;
* Monitor budgets and validate invoices for travel and catering/reception services;
* Organize off-site sessions for the Executive Committee (ExCo);
* Publish advertisements in the Moniteur belge.
Profile
* Has a Bachelor's degree, ideally in business administration or as a management assistant;
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in a corporate environment;
* Communicates fluently in Dutch, French and English, both orally and in writing;
* Demonstrates discretion, integrity and reliability in all interactions;
* Has a strong customer orientation and maintains a professional demeanor even under pressure;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Is comfortable with new computer software such as Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive;
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize;
* Is eager to learn, solution-oriented, assertive and able to work independently while being a true collaborator;
* Embody flexibility and stress resistance as innate qualities rather than abstract concepts.
