To strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and address the growing demand for technical and engineering profiles, we are hiring a TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER (m/f).
You will play a key role in the proactive identification of talent contributing to the development of our activities in the construction and metalworking sectors.
This position reports to the HR Leader.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand recruitment needs, especially for all qualified technical profiles.
LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, job boards, specialized networks, direct approach, and partnerships with schools or training programs.
Work closely with Talent Acquisition Team and HR Business Partners to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives: publishing content on social media, participating in fairs, forums, webinars, etc.
A higher education degree in Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, or a related field.
experience in talent acquisition or in a recruitment agency/temporary employment agency.
Proficiency in digital sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, databases, etc.).
Team-oriented with a solutions-focused approach.
French with a good knowledge of English
