Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
### Job Description:
Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed.
### Required Skills and Qualifications:
Deeper knowledge of operating systems, networks, and software configurations for advanced troubleshooting.
System administration experience managing Active Directory, file servers, and permissions.
Good understanding of VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and basic Firewall configurations.
Basic knowledge of PowerShell, or similar tools to automate tasks.
Ability to diagnose and repair Hardware issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
