is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive global expansion for its unique software technology LiveOS. This role offers the opportunity to lead sales efforts, develop strategic partnerships, and impact growth across international markets.
Your responsibilities and tasks
* Detect and pursue commercial business opportunities by building sustainable relationships with client stakeholders across relevant industries. You translate these opportunities into tangible deals and drive sales through strategic negotiations.
* Funnel incoming leads, assess their potential, and decide on the most impactful opportunities to pursue. You take a systematic approach to sales, structure market engagement and ensure results by following up on progression.
* Develop the commercial strategic plan, including market selection, market positioning, pricing strategy and go-to-market approaches. To this end, you actively engage with the internal teams and the CEO and seek out constructive dialogue.
* Contribute to further structuring and professionalizing the organization, continuously evaluating and planning the optimal set-up for future success.
Your experience and profile:
* You have proven experience in international sales and business development, with a strong focus on long sales cycles and complex processes.
* You have a strong affinity or direct experience with live production, broadcasting or media industries.
* You employ a systematic approach to sales, with a focus on structuring engagements and ensuring results. Strong decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
* You focus on long-term success and the company’s best interest and thrive in a flat and open organization.
* You communicate in English at a fluent level and preferably also in Dutch.
