* Plan, implement and communicate the execution of Model Store standards & inventory flow. Implement the Brand visual proposition to commercially support the customer journey & increase KPI's
* Influence the visual presentation strategy through commercial thinking & utilization of key reports. Identify & resolve inventory levels & opportunities in partnership with Corporate business partners. Ensure compliance to all company policy & procedures including, APIS, Cash management and Health & Safety
* Ensure adequate store supplies are available & managed within agreed budget

* Professional experience within a Retail environment.
* Proactive, positive and dynamic personality.
* High customer and people service orientation.
* Good social and communication skills.
* Understanding of delivering performance against KPIs.
* Experience within MS Office suite.
