Job Description
* Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients
* Identify recruitment needs and provide tailored hiring solutions
* Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
* Manage the recruitment process from briefing to placement
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Negotiate contracts and placement terms
* Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities
* Provide expert advice on recruitment trends and market insights
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's or Master's degree
* Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or client-facing roles is a strong asset
* Fluent in both French and Dutch (mandatory)
* Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Entrepreneurial, resilient, and ambitious
