We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially driven Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in the industrial laundry equipment sector.
* Develop and grow a client base across various industries, including care homes, hospitals, hotels, prisons, community centers, and industrial laundries.
* Sell complex, tailor-made technical solutions rather than off-the-shelf products.
* Manage long-term sales cycles that can span several months to years.
* Build and nurture strong relationships through consistent, structured follow-up.
* Identify market opportunities and create strategic entry plans in Western Europe.
* Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client processes and offering the right solutions.
* Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to shape customer proposals.
* Represent the company at trade fairs, networking events, and customer visits.
Requirements:
* Proven commercial background in industrial laundry or a related technical sector, with at least 10 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
* Strong technical-commercial mindset with the ability to understand and translate complex customer needs into tailored solutions.
* Highly autonomous, goal-oriented, and driven by results, with a structured and persistent approach to long sales cycles.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English - additional European languages are a strong asset.
