Verbolia is looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
to help shape the future of our
SEO/GEO platform .
In this role, you will own key product initiatives from discovery to delivery across our product suite. You will work closely with customers, engineers, researchers, sales, and customer success to define and deliver scalable product solutions that empower our customers to grow their organic performance.
You’ll operate at the intersection of customer needs, business goals, and technical possibilities, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous spaces and helping the team move forward with focus and confidence.
Now located in Enghien, we'll move into brand new offices in
Nivelles end of 2026 .
Tasks
Deeply and independently understand, define, and articulate customer problems and opportunities across different markets and use cases by conducting user interviews, analyzing data, and performing competitive research
Translate insights into clear product requirements and narratives, and collaborate closely with engineering to shape actionable specifications. Balance customer needs, business impact, and technical constraints to define and deliver the right solutions
Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a high bar for product quality and user experience
Define success metrics, evaluate product impact, and iterate based on insights
Help engineers deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make great product decisions
Become an expert in our product, our customers, and the evolving SEO/AI search landscape. xphnsxz Continuously monitor industry trends and bring relevant insights into product strategy
Requirements
Skills and experience:
You bring 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager
Passion for the latest AI trends and technologies
Strong technical background and understanding of development best practices
Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decisions and guide product direction
Proven track record of driving consensus and action in ambiguous environments. You bring speed, clarity, and ownership
You enjoy being an individual contributor, staying close to the details, and owning outcomes end-to-end
Professional working proficiency in English
Nice to have:
Experience working on AI-driven products, from early exploration and experimentation to production launch
Relevant experience in SEO, e-commerce, or search
