Roles & Responsibilities
* Analyze enterprise security programs and infrastructure across sectors.
* Assess IT and security processes, risks, controls and compliance against standards; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
* Work with senior management to design cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps and sustainable solutions (processes, tools, people models).
* Act as the link between executives and technical teams, driving change in data protection, security operations, privacy and continuity.
* Explain business risks of technical vulnerabilities and present clear findings.
* Help clients develop cybersecurity procedures and align with best practices.
* Review and improve incident response capabilities, facilitate exercises and guide remediation plans.

Skills & Qualifications
* Master's degree with 3+ years' experience in cybersecurity or information risk management
* Knowledge of frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST CSF/800-53, CIS or Cybersecurity Maturity Model
* Experience writing policies, procedures and controls
Open, honest and eager to learn from successes and failures
* Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable managing projects end-to-end
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French
* Certifications (CISSP, CEH, CISM, CISA, GIAC, GSEC) are a plus; ISO lead auditor preferred
* Strong communication, facilitation, leadership, and presentation skills
* You are confident working with AI tools, have a critical mindset in using AI in everyday tasks and team collaboration
