Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Partner with business managers and clients to understand hiring requirements.
* Source and attract high-quality IT and digital talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
* Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
* Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
* Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS records.
Requirements
* Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search.
* Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
* Experience hiring for IT, Digital, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, or Technology Consulting roles is preferred.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
* Fluent in Dutch OR French is mandatory.
