About the Role:

* The Security Governance & Investigations team is responsible for protecting our interests. We lead cyber security efforts, covering governance, architecture, management, and incident response.
">
* We are looking for a highly motivated cyber security officer to join our team and reinforce our capabilities. The successful candidate will assist in developing and executing cyber security strategies within our cyber program that are aligned to organizational priorities and enable business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
">
">
1. You will take the lead in initiating, driving, and overseeing the delivery and execution of an offline backup project as a key component of our cyber security program, ensuring its alignment with broader organizational objectives.
">
2. You will manage and contribute to other security projects within our cyber security program, collaborating with diverse stakeholders to define objectives, key results, and successful implementation strategies.
">
3. You will scope security projects and work with different stakeholders to set project objectives and key results.
">
4. You will follow up on the latest technologies and trends with a focus on cyber security and use that knowledge to define and document appropriate security controls, security guidelines, and baselines for new technologies in collaboration with different architects and security officers.
">
5. You will perform assessments and evaluate threats & risks to identify gaps or areas for improvement, define As-Is & To-Be states, and build a prioritized roadmap for project investments.
">
6. You will assist in reaching or maintaining compliance to information security legal, contractual, or internal requirements.
">
7. You will take a leading role in the improvement of cyber security processes related to our cyber security projects.
">
8. You will ensure proper project status reporting so key stakeholders are kept informed about expected outcomes, project progress, and risks.

Your Profile:
">
">
* You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or in cyber security (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with strong experience in cyber security projects.
">
* Having hands-on experience with offline backup tooling, related initiatives, or broader backup strategies is a strong advantage.
">
* Having experience within the telecom sector is a plus.
">
* You are able to communicate effectively with both technical and business people about cyber security matters using strong interpersonal skills, mixing collaboration & communication skills, constructive assertiveness, and negotiation skills to convince others of the importance of cyber security.
">
* You have an analytical mindset to build a helicopter view but are also able to dig into details with great learning agility whenever required.
">
* You have a strong ability to detect security risks, propose/assess how to minimize them, and communicate them clearly to non-technical stakeholders using written and presentation skills.
">
* Proven project management skills are essential.
">
* Certifications like CISSP, CISM, ISO27k Lead Implementer are a plus.
">
* You are fluent in English.
