Key Responsibilities
:Provide first-line IT support by resolving user issues, managing service requests, and escalating complex problems as needed.Maintain and support local infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, servers, and telecom systems.Coordinate and implement local IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budgeting, and reporting.Administer user accounts, ensure compliance with patching/licensing policies, and manage procurement in line with corporate guidelines.Support and troubleshoot business-critical applications and systems (e.g., ERP, MS Office, SAP, lab and OT systems). QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline. Microsoft Certifications (MCP, MCSE..) are a strong asset.Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in industrial environments.Strong knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, including infrastructure, applications, network, security, and IT standards (ITSM, ITIL).Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting personal computing tools (e.g., MS Office, Teams, Outlook) and understanding of hardware/peripherals.Good knowledge of IT Tools (Active Directory, SCCM, VMWare, ServiceNow, File & Print Servers, etc...).Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with senior management.Fluency in French & English is required; Dutch is a plus.
