Your Mission
As Senior Service Agent IMC, you will serve the customer by providing pro-active communication, plan & follow-up the transport and services together with the involved sub-assemblies. You will be part of the IMC pool, serving the Intermodal Segment with a Value Added Service.
As a Senior profile, you are the expert of the internal process and related activities for the IMC segment and product portfolio.
Your tasks
Customer Communication:
* You manage and build the customer relation daily and (pro-) actively to create opportunities and retain Customer satisfaction. You offer a high standard service delivery. For our customer you are Lineas
* You are pro-active by thinking along with the customer, assessing and acting before possible incidents
* You assure the tracking & tracing (within office hours) via digital applications and other ways
* You receive and assist the customer with his complaints within the LINEAS-organization
Transport planning & fulfilment:
* Planning: you ensure sub-assemblies are aligned on the transport plan
* Check-in: you perform all manipulations on a container level, so that the IMC additional service will be delivered. To/from the customer, but as well internal/external stakeholders (Terminals/operators)
* Follow up: you ensure a qualitative follow-up by Control Tower, intervene in order to maintain quality on data completeness and ETA definition
* Fulfillment: you close the transports in the back-end system correctly, so that Terms & Conditions can be calculated
Order-2-Cash process:
* You ensure that the number of wagons and containers without a correct order remains as low as possible and communicate the situation to the different stakeholders within the organization.
* Incorrect shipments: You assure that wagons/containers shipped to a wrong destination run back to a location where they can be used again.
Value Added Services: You log Value Added Services in our VAS Tool, ensuring they can be invoiced to our customers.
You are an expert of the task & activities of the IMC segment and product portfolio. You are able to train and share knowledge towards Service Agents (IMC)
You supporting the Area Manager in the business continuity and service level towards the IMC segment/product portfolio.
You're an expert of the application supporting the container & booking activities and are ability to change/create master data.
Internal Continuous Improvement: you identify and improve processes or share information amongst stakeholders to increase effectiveness of the team
Your profile
* You build strong relationships and represent Lineas with a service-minded attitude.
* You think ahead, anticipate potential issues, and act quickly when needed.
* You demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset.
* You have solid knowledge of Lineas customers, production & traffics
* You have a strong understanding of supply chain management best practice
* You're fluent in English and Dutch/French, with a good knowledge of the other language (Dutch/French)
