That’s where you come in.
Your role: Web platform Tech Lead
* Own the end-to-end architecture and roadmap for our web platform, including Adobe Commerce, Akeneo PIM, CMS, SEO tools, and integrations with SAP, Salesforce, and Azure.
* Lead project delivery, solution design, and release planning for major initiatives and incremental improvements.
* Build internal expertise by inspiring a passionate team, and also orchestrate and govern delivery from multiple partners.
* Drive cross-functional collaboration with Digital Marketing, Sales, Business Systems, Data & Integration and IT Operations.
* Ensure platform excellence trough stability, security compliance, performance optimization, and customer-centric innovation.
Your key responsibilities
* Lead and Inspire. Coach and mentor a Solution Analyst and a Front Developer, building internal expertise and reducing reliance on external partners.
* Own the Web Architecture. Define and maintain the strategic roadmap for Adobe Commerce, Akeneo PIM, CMS, Seo tools and integrations with SAP, Salesforce and Azure.
* Drive projects forward. Manage end-to-end delivery: scoping, planning, development, testing and go-live. Keep timelines realistic and communication clear.
* Integrate and optimize. Ensure seamless data flows and process automation across platform to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.
* Plan releases and manage change. Coordinate sprints, validate updates, and lead go-lives with precision. Provide clear communication and training for a smooth adoption.
* Collaborate across teams. Work closely with Digital Marketing, Sales, IT Operations to align priorities and deliver customer oriented solutions.

In your first year, you will have
* Delivered on roadmap: successfully launched 2-3 major initiatives on time and within scope
* Built team capability: your team are more autonomous and capable.
* Improved time-to-market: streamlined processes enabling faster feature delivery.
* Stakeholder trust: Digital Marketing and Sales see you as a reliable, strategic partner
What you bring
* Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
* 5+ years leading Ecommerce platform projects (Adobe Commerce strongly preferred).
* Proven track record managing Agile delivery, leading technical teams and coordinating with external vendors.
* Hands-on experience with PIM systems (Akeneo is a plus), CMS platforms and SEO tools.
* Strong technical leadership. You can mentor developers and technical architects.
* Excellent stakeholder management across commercial and technical teams, with the ability to translate between business needs and technical solutions.
* Strong project management capabilities with experience in Agile methodologies.
* You balance perfectionism with pragmatism.
* Excellent English communication skills.
Nice to have
* Azure and SAP integration experience
* Certifications in Adobe commerce, Azure or Agile methodologies
