Overview
The role focuses on providing comprehensive administrative support to an HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and operational processes. Responsibilities include managing incoming and outgoing information, maintaining accurate records, following up on actions, and supporting internal stakeholders.
The position involves extensive document and data management, keeping databases and HR systems up to date, producing reports, and responding to HR-related questions from employees. The role also supports key HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding, absence management, time registration, and personnel file administration. Accuracy, confidentiality, and process compliance are critical aspects of this function.
Qualifications
* Medior-level experience as an administrative officer, preferably in an HR environment.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with a structured and accurate working approach.
* Proven ability to manage data entry, document processing, and reporting.
* Experience with HR software and time registration systems is a strong asset.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality and data protection.
* Good communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively within a team.
* Stress-resistant, flexible, and comfortable with a role involving extensive computer-based work.
