🚀 What You’ll Do
As Digital Project Manager, you’ll lead several key initiatives designed to modernise how teams collaborate and manage evidence-driven workflows:
Modernise Collaboration Platforms
* Lead the review and relaunch of existing SharePoint environments
* Drive migration from Classic to Modern SharePoint experiences
* Implement governance, version control, workflows, and metadata strategies
* Deliver training and change management activities to ensure adoption
Enhance Digital Proposal Platforms
* Improve user experience, workflows, and status tracking
* Introduce new features such as personalised views and automated PDF generation
* Define quality standards and best practices for submissions
* Build dashboards to track KPIs, volume, and processing timelines
Build New Digital Solutions
* Design and deliver a digital post‑hoc proposal platform from concept to global rollout
* Lead requirements gathering, MVP pilots, and system integrations
* Create standardised templates, submission forms, and prioritisation frameworks
Lead Globally & Cross‑Functionally
* Partner with digital technology, medical, and evidence generation teams
* Drive governance, communication, and change management initiatives
* Ensure platforms meet internal data quality and compliance standards
🧠 What You’ll Bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Digital Technology, Business, or similar
* Proven experience in digital project management, ideally within healthcare, pharma, or evidence generation environments
* Strong hands‑on experience with SharePoint modernisation and workflow automation
* Understanding of proposal management platforms and digital governance
* Confidence working with dashboards, reporting, and platform integrations
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to lead change
