Your responsibilities will include designing and developing cloud products using various tools and technologies. You will work in a great environment with many global teams to create value for our customers, delivering high quality and innovative product. You will also help design and ship AI-driven features (LLM-powered assistants, embedding-based search/RAG, and model-backed automation), ensuring they are production-ready, scalable, and compliant with privacy and fairness requirements.
* Lead the architecture and design of new features with technical product management, adopting cloud-first concepts and technologies including containerization, serverless architecture, and increased use of NoSQL data stores
* Execute with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance, and infrastructure initiatives with engineering program management (FedRAMP, PCI, SOC1, SOC2, and more)
* Ensure technology decisions align with architecture standards and strategies.
* Write and implement cross-team engineering proposals with or as part of the Architects group.
* Design and write services in GO, Kotlin, Java, and deploy using Docker, Helm, Kubernetes, and AMI-based pipelines.
* Own cloud services end to end, designing distributed systems, and architecting using AWS services and best practices such as zero-downtime production deployments, canary releases, frequent deployments, and feature-flag-driven development.
* Integrate LLM (Large Language Models), MCP (Model Context Protocols) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
* Implement prompt engineering, reusable prompt templates, and automated evaluation loops to improve outputs.
* Deploy and scale model-serving solutions (managed endpoints, containers, model servers) and optimize latency and cost.
* Provide technical leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.
