As part of its continued international growth, the company is looking for a Regulatory Officer to strengthen its Legal team and support its Dutch online operations.In this role, you will operate at the crossroads of regulatory, compliance and business advisory matters, acting as a key legal partner for the Dutch market and collaborating closely with the Belgian headquarters, Compliance teams and local stakeholders:Act as a key legal point of contact for the Dutch Gaming Authority (KSA)Coordinate gaming licence maintenance and renewal processes for the Dutch marketManage regulatory notifications and reporting obligations under Dutch gaming regulationsMonitor legal and regulatory developments impacting the online gambling sector in the NetherlandsAdvise the business on commercial initiatives, partnerships, campaigns and new product featuresCoordinate litigation management with external counsel and internal stakeholdersSupport Compliance, Customer Support and Responsible Gaming teams on regulatory matters and escalated player complaintsDevelop and update internal guidelines and processes to ensure ongoing regulatory complianceYour profileMaster’s degree in Dutch Law3 to 7 years of relevant experience within a regulatory, compliance or legal environmentFluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
