OverviewEngineer, Reliability – dsm-firmenichLocation: Louvain-la-Neuve, BelgiumThe Engineer Reliability ensures the improvement of the reliability and the operational technical availability of the production, logistics, and utilities equipment on our manufacturing site.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement a strategy to maximize equipment durability and reliabilityUse data to identify critical equipment (low MTBF/ high MTTR). Develop and validate targeted reliability improvement plans. Manage equipment obsolescence (Asset Portfolio Management)Use reliability analysis tools: FMEA, What-if, RCA, and ensure efficient spare parts inventory management related to reliabilityContribute to the definition of the needs/designs of new equipment to maximize reliability from the conception phase and propose appropriate maintenance policies: corrective, preventive, predictive, renewal or modificationDevelop an annual reliability improvement plan. Regularly monitor reliability and performance indicators. Participate in monthly operational review meetingsWork closely with production and project engineering teams. Participate in technical forums and Value Engineering meetings.
